Dietary Aide - Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation (Columbia, TN) Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dietary Aide to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our residents receive excellent meal service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Position Details:
Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunities Available Flexible Scheduling (weekends & holidays required as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation and food portioning Set up trays and deliver meals to residents in a timely manner Ensure accuracy of meal trays based on dietary restrictions Clear trays and assist with dishwashing after meals Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas Follow all food safety and infection control procedures Stock supplies and assist with kitchen organization Work closely with dietary and nursing teams to meet resident needs
Qualifications:
Previous dietary or food service experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Positive attitude and team-player mindset Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Why Magnolia?
