Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Gallaway Health and Rehab! As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the dietary department.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, serving, and cleaning up of meals and snacks for residents Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas, adhering to strict health and safety standards Restock supplies and inventory as needed Assist with menu planning and meal planning for special diets and occasions Ensure that all residents receive their meals and snacks in a timely and respectful manner Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
