Job Summary and Qualifications The Dietary Aide will be a competent Support Services employee who is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. This role will provide excellent customer service to all patients and employees. What you will do in this role: You will assist with food preparations and ensure that the meals adhere to an individual's specific diet plans You will strictly follow sanitation standards and hygiene procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of the service You will perform routine tasks related to clean up and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas You will prepare, serve and store food in accordance with facility policies You will utilize service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality What qualifications you will need: High School Degree / Equivalent preferred 1 year of food handling experience preferred Benefits TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
