Beaumont Health Care Center is looking for a dependable, team-oriented Tray Aide to join our Dietary Services team. In this role, you'll help ensure our residents receive accurate, nutritious meals while providing friendly service that contributes to an exceptional dining experience. What You'll Do Prepare and organize resident meal trays according to diet orders Accurately assemble trays using menu tickets and dietary instructions Deliver meal trays to resident rooms promptly and courteously Pick up trays after meals and assist with dish collection Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as assigned Maintain food safety and infection control standards Work closely with dietary staff to ensure quality meal service Provide excellent customer service to residents and fellow team members What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right candidate Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Friendly, dependable, and compassionate attitude Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift Join Our Team If you're looking for a stable career where your work directly improves the lives of others, we'd love to meet you.
