Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Dietary Aide, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering nourishing, delicious meals to our residents. In this rewarding position, you will assist in meal service, maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, and support the overall dining experience. Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established menus and safety standards Serve meals with professionalism, ensuring proper portioning and presentation Assist with setting up dining areas, including table arrangements and utensil placement Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining spaces by following sanitation protocols Support residents during meal times, offering assistance as needed with eating or mobility Follow all food safety guidelines and report any concerns or issues promptly Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of shortages Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor Basic understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in food service or healthcare settings is a plus but not required Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed Join us in making a meaningful difference through nourishing care!
