Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of meals, snacks and beverages according to dietary guidelines and recipes.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow dietary guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary.
