Responsible for working along side the Dietary Managers, or Cooks to help prepare food for the residents.

Duties Include:

Preparing snacks, and beverages Prepares food according to approved recipes and menus Ensuring proper temperatures are maintained and documents Ensuring meals are served timely and accurately. Serving Meals Ensuring that food precautions are always followed Taking inventory of supplies and groceries Setting up food trays according the prescribed diet Assist in maintaining the cleaning and disinfecting of the kitchen and dining areas.
