In this vital role, you will assist with meal preparation, serve residents, and ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are meticulously followed. Your positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service will help create a welcoming dining experience for our residents. Duties Prepare and assemble meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences Serve meals with professionalism, ensuring timely delivery and presentation Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas in accordance with food safety procedures Assist with setting up dining areas, including table arrangements and cleaning after meals Monitor residents during mealtime, providing courteous assistance as needed Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for meal tracking and billing purposes Follow all food safety management protocols to prevent contamination or spoilage Requirements Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred Ability to adhere to food safety management practices consistently Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards Join us in making a difference through nourishing and caring for our residents!
