Job Description
Dietary Director Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab - Barre, VT Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Dietary Director to lead the Dietary Department at our skilled nursing facility in Barre, VT. As the Dietary Director , you will oversee all aspects of food service operations, ensuring meals are prepared and served in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. You will lead the dietary team, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and ensure residents receive nutritious meals that meet their individual dietary needs. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred.
