As a dietary aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met while providing exceptional customer service. About the
Role:
In this full-time position, you will assist with food preparation, planning, and serving meals to our residents. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to dietary and healthcare regulations, and providing assistance with resident meals and nutrition education. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and compassionate nature will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, including setting up and serving meals, and performing related kitchen duties Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to dietary and healthcare regulations Provide assistance with resident meals and nutrition education Collaborate with dietary staff to plan and prepare meals that meet the dietary and healthcare needs of our residents Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other team members Participate in training programs and continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest dietary and nutrition trends
