Position Summary As a Culinary Aide, you will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents. You will assist with meal service, dining room setup, kitchen sanitation, and food preparation while helping ensure residents receive exceptional service and hospitality. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with others, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with meal service in the dining room Deliver meals to residents as needed Set up and clear dining areas before and after meals Assist with basic food preparation tasks Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Stock supplies and assist with inventory organization Build positive relationships with residents and their families Work collaboratively with culinary and caregiving team members Support a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all residents Qualifications Previous food service, hospitality, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills Benefits & Perks We believe in taking care of our employees just as much as we care for our residents.
