Responsibilities and Duties:
Assisting the cook/manager, preparation of meals, cleanliness, serving the dining room

Duties and Responsibilities:
Portioning and serving of food items Delivering of trays and carts to resident floors Cleaning of dining rooms Working on the tray line Working in the dish room and pot sink Sweeping and mopping Disposal of trash and recyclables Per Diem Duties as outlined by Director of Dietary Requirements Ability to perform job responsibilities Ability to speak English adequately to perform job High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be interested in geriatrics, be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Knowledgeable of dietary techniques and procedures. Be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and/or 50 pounds occasionally. INDrn
