Dietary Aide - West Salem Terrace West Salem, WI $16.00 - $18.40 hour This position is required to drive a company vehicle to deliver and serve food for an additional .50 an hour (valid driver's license required). What You'll Do Responsible for keeping foods safe, using time and temperature control for safety guidelines. Follows resident's diet orders and preferences when serving meals. Cleans and sanitizes food contact surfaces and work area routinely, ensuring the highest degree of sanitation. Washes and sanitizes dishes, tableware, glasses, and other kitchen and dining room equipment/surfaces and ensures they are stored in a sanitary and orderly fashion.
