Child Nutrition Services Supervisor / Registered Dietitian at Coronado Unified School District Print Application Deadline Until Filled Date Posted 9/2/2026 Contact Human Resources human.resources@coronadousd.net Number of Openings 1 Salary Pay dependent on experience Add'l Salary Info $95,860 - $122,708, Placement on the Classified Management salary schedule Length of Work Year 12 Months - 261 Days a Year Employment Type Full Time FTE .60 Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of Child Nutrition Services, the Child Nutrition Services Supervisor/Registered Dietitian ensures compliance with state and federal nutrition program mandates; assists the Director in coordinating, developing, and implementing menus, plans special needs diets, participates in the supervision and training of nutrition services personnel; participates in the development, implementation, and monitoring of departmental work goals and identifies methods to improve services and processes; ensures that staff utilize appropriate procedures and safe practices; and ensures optimal utilization of personnel and other resources. QUALIFICATIONS
Two years as a registered dietitian at a supervisory or management level or one year as a registered dietitian and two years of supervisory or management-level experience involving planning and preparation of food in large quantity. Experience in a school program is preferred. Completion of a bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or closely related field is required. ServSafe (or equal) Certification Registered Dietitian Credential Valid California Driver's License Requirements / Qualifications
