• Registered Dietitian Duties & Responsibilities:
• + Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.

+ Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for patients across various clinical settings.

+ Counsel patients and families on nutrition, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.

+ Monitor patient progress and modify nutrition interventions as appropriate.

+ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

+ Interpret laboratory values and clinical data to support nutrition recommendations.

+ Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

+ Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility nutrition standards and regulations.

+ Educate healthcare staff on nutrition-related best practices as needed.

+ Support quality improvement and patient education initiatives.

• Minimum Qualifications
• + Current, valid, and unrestrictedCA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

+ Candidates must be a Registered Dietitian (RD), certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

+ Minimum of one (1) year related experience within the last 3 years

+ Additional certifications may be required.

+ Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

+ Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .
