Registered Dietitian (RD) - Part-Time Delano Skilled Nursing Facility (DDSNF) is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian (RD) to provide quality nutritional care to our residents. Job Summary The Registered Dietitian assesses residents' nutritional needs, develops individualized nutrition plans, monitors weight and nutritional status, provides dietary recommendations and education, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support resident safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Complete nutritional assessments and monitor residents' nutritional status, weights, hydration, and intake. Develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans and interventions. Recommend therapeutic diets, supplements, and other nutritional interventions. Participate in care planning, MDS, interdisciplinary meetings, and QAPI activities. Collaborate with nursing, physicians, dietary staff, and other care team members. Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff. Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation. Support compliance with applicable federal and California regulations and facility policies. Maintain resident confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field. Current RD/RDN credential . California licensure/registration, as applicable. SNF, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, assessment, and documentation skills. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the facility. Ability to bend, reach, and access resident areas. Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds as needed. Part-Time:

Schedule based on facility and resident needs. Some flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required.
