Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) - Full Time Compass Health Inc. |
San Luis Obispo, CA Pay:
$45-$55/hour Join a team that's passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors. Compass Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support our skilled nursing facilites by providing nutrition assessments, developing care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and helping ensure compliance with Title 22 and CMS regulations. This position will be based out of one location, but will require commuting between facilities located in Morro Bay, Templeton, San Luis Obispo, and Arroyo Grande. Why Join Us?

Requirements:
Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Long-term care experience preferred Knowledge of Title 22 and CMS regulations preferred Strong communication, organization, and computer skills Must be willing to float between facilities Must be able to pass background check, reference checks, physical, back and TB screening
