This is a highly flexible, part-time / PRN on-call position perfect for someone looking to pick up extra hours throughout the month. Job Overview Registered Dietitian (Part-Time / PRN / On-Call)
Position:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Compensation:
Highly flexible, fill-in hours distributed throughout the month
Schedule:
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nutritional assessments and care planning for residents. Assess therapeutic and texture-modified diet needs based on medical conditions. Complete required clinical documentation timely and in compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with the speech therapist, nursing staff, and the culinary team. Monitor residents with significant weight changes or high-risk nutritional status. Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Active license or certification in accordance with California state laws. Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care setting preferred. Strong clinical judgment and independent problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills for patient and family interactions.
