Registered Dietitian (Full-Time) Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a passionate, dedicated Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join our clinical team. Compensation & Benefits $99,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities Assessments:
Complete comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents upon admission and routinely.
Care Plans:
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized medical nutrition therapies (MNT).
Collaboration:
Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings with physicians, nursing, and therapy staff.
Oversight:
Partner with the culinary team to ensure menu compliance, food safety, and palatability.
Education:
Provide nutritional counseling to residents, family members, and facility staff.
Qualifications Credentials:
Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) status by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
Licensure:
Valid state licensure/certification if applicable.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
Experience:
Experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred.
Skills:
