We are currently building the practitioner team for the first cohort of our Body & Food Liberation Program, a six-week, in-person program exploring our relationships with food and our bodies through liberation theory and a decolonial lens. We're looking for practitioners who understand how systems of oppression, culture, racism, generational trauma, migration, identity, beauty standards, and lived experience can shape our relationships with food and our bodies. About the Role We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) to work alongside an eating disorder therapist during our founding six-week cohort. The RD/RDN will help facilitate the food and nutrition component of the program and contribute their expertise to conversations surrounding food, body image, culture, identity, and liberation. We are specifically seeking someone who is HAES-aligned, weight-inclusive, and experienced in eating disorder care. We're especially interested in femmes/women of color whose work is grounded in liberation psychology and a decolonial lens. Schedule & Compensation Six-week, in-person cohort beginning in October 2026 Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00-8:00 PM 4 fixed hours per week / 24 program hours total $100/hour Independent contractor position Located at Rooh Sanctuary in Santa Monica, California Following the program portion each evening, participants will have an additional healing offering from 8:00-8:45

sound healing on Mondays and yoga on Wednesdays. Our practitioners are welcome to stay and participate in these offerings at no cost if they wish.
