Clinical Nutrition. This role primarily supports Clinical Nutrition on-site at the Anschutz (Aurora) Campus. This role may also support at other Denver Metro system of care locations, including North (Broomfield) and South (Highlands Ranch) Campuses.Job Details:
1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week - eligible for benefitsShift:
Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm Duties & Responsibilities Manages the daily operations of the department to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines, while utilizing evidence-based practice to develop and maintain these standards. Assures procedures and processes are in place to maximize quality outcomes, service experience, and productivity. Provides leadership for resolving escalated, complex, and patient/family issues, making decisions that are inclusive of multiple perspectives and solves underlying problems. Monitors departmental performance metrics, collaborating with Clinical Nutrition leadership to achieve targeted outcomes, maintain high standards for performance and professional development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Continuously strives to improve clinical, educational, research, and advocacy programs in department; models high performance standards that empower staff to achieve agreed upon outcomes. Encourages clinically based research projects to evaluate practice outcomes and mentor's department team members in creating/evaluating projects. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and actively participates in rounds, forums, and committees to support organizational initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Assists Managers with development of departmental budget recommendations, and monitors expenditures to ensure compliance with organizational financial goals. Responsible for people leadership including hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, development, and disciplinary actions, to ensure alignment with organizational policies. Provides direct patient care to maintain clinical competence and enhance understanding of dietitian roles, care processes, and organizational guidelines. Minimum Qualifications Degrees MS inFood and Nutrition Experience Required:
Three (3) years clinical nutrition.Preferred qualifications:
Pediatric Nutrition experience, CSP or CNSC Licenses & Certifications Registered Dietitian Salary Information Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $81,019.02 to $121,528.53 Benefits Information Here, you matter.
