You will be responsible for:

Conducting and documenting Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients including initial and on-going nutritional assessments, care planning, patient monitoring, patient counseling and training regarding diets Assists in calculating and/or interpreting of diet orders Monitors and evaluates patient food services.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED

Colorado Registered Dietitian

PREFERRED

Bachelor's Degree

SNF/LTAC

experience a plus

Job Type:

Part-time Expected hours: 20 per week
