Registered Dietitian Ark healthcare & Rehabilitation at St. Camillus Center - 3.0 Stamford, CT Job Details Full-time 3 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Dietetics Quality data entry Full Job Description Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at St. Camillus is seeking a 32-hour per week Registered Dietitian who focuses on the creation of a nutritional plan that fosters healing and provides knowledgeable and compassionate services to our special population of residents.
Responsibilities include:
Creating and coordinating Nutritional assessments based on physician or medical provider orders Tracking Patient Progress Educating Patient and Families on their specific dietary needs Developing appropriate interventions to improve nutritional care Entering Patient information in EMR database Reviewing and assessing patient weight data Qualified Registered Dietitian will have: Bachelor's degree in nutrition required Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and listening skills Strong computer and data entry skills
