About the Role The Registered Dietitian is responsible for evaluating nutritional needs, developing individualized meal and care plans, and supporting residents, families, and staff with evidence‑based nutritional guidance. This position ensures compliance with regulatory standards and integrates nutrition into overall clinical and wellness goals. Key Responsibilities Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans. Provide evidence‑based nutrition education to residents, families, and staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to integrate nutrition into treatment plans. Monitor progress and adjust nutritional plans as needed. Support dietary staff with menu planning, therapeutic diets, and regulatory requirements. Lead or participate in wellness education, group sessions, or in‑service training. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
