Full Time and Part Time Promote Wellness. Support Quality Care. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to support nutritional services and contribute to high‑quality resident care. This role provides assessments, care planning, education, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal nutrition and wellness. About the Role The Registered Dietitian is responsible for evaluating nutritional needs, developing individualized meal and care plans, and supporting residents, families, and staff with evidence‑based nutritional guidance. This position ensures compliance with regulatory standards and integrates nutrition into overall clinical and wellness goals. Key Responsibilities Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans. Provide evidence‑based nutrition education to residents, families, and staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to integrate nutrition into treatment plans. Monitor progress and adjust nutritional plans as needed. Support dietary staff with menu planning, therapeutic diets, and regulatory requirements. Lead or participate in wellness education, group sessions, or in‑service training. Utilize appropriate technology and documentation systems to support care. Stay informed on current nutrition research and best practices. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics. Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential. State licensure or eligibility for licensure, if required. Strong communication and counseling skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and interdisciplinary teams. Knowledge of therapeutic diets, regulatory requirements, and documentation practices.
