Stay updated on the latest research in dietetics, particularly related to geriatrics and tube feeding practices. Skills Strong knowledge of dietetics principles, including physiology related to nutrition. Experience working with geriatric populations and understanding their unique dietary needs. Proficiency in tube feeding techniques and managing related dietary requirements. Ability to supervise staff effectively within a dietary department setting. Excellent communication skills for educating patients about nutrition and health coaching. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases efficiently.
