Job Type:

Part-time, PRN Required Experience & Skills  2+ years in eating disorder treatment (residential, inpatient, or in-home)  1+ year in child and family counseling  Strong crisis intervention and trigger management skills  Experience in life skills and goal-oriented coaching  Extensive family systems experience  Clean background check and driving record Key Responsibilities  Live-in, intensive in-home recovery coaching  Real-time emotional support and crisis intervention  Trigger management and relapse prevention  Life skills development and daily structure support  Family education and engagement  Accompaniment to appointments and community activities  Accurate documentation of progress and interventions Education 

Required:

Bachelor's degree 

Preferred:

Master's in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field; or RD/RDN with ED specialization Preferred Qualifications  CBT, DBT, FBT, or similar certifications  Crisis de-escalation experience  Background in therapeutic or coaching roles The Rewards 

Competitive Pay:

starting at $15,000 per month, based on experience 

Flexible Schedule:

4-week assignments with extended self-managed time off, which means you work a maximum of 6-months/year 
