TrueCare24 is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition services for residents within an Assisted Living community. This role focuses on nutritional assessments, care planning, dietary recommendations, and collaboration with facility staff to support resident health and wellness. Responsibilities Complete resident nutrition assessments and follow-ups Develop individualized nutrition recommendations and care plans Review dietary needs, weight changes, and nutrition-related concerns Collaborate with nursing, providers, and facility staff Provide resident and staff nutrition education Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required Active state licensure, if applicable Experience with geriatric, long-term care, or assisted living populations preferred Strong communication and documentation skills

Pay:

Up to $34.00 per hour
