Southern Regional Medical Center - Riverdale, GA We are seeking a PRN Clinical Dietitian who provides appropriate patient nutritional care at Southern Regional Medical Center. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness. Provides nutrition education to patients/families. Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population. Qualifications Education and Work Experience Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement).
