Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary care ohana. In this role, you'll provide medical nutrition therapy to long-term care and rehabilitation residents with a range of medical needs. If you're passionate about improving lives through nutritional care, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans Ensure nutritional services meet regulatory standards and best practices Collaborate with clinical teams to monitor and adjust residents' nutrition and hydration plans Support orientation and training for Nutrition Services managers Provide expert consultation and in-service education on nutritional care
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field Registered Dietitian (RD) certification 3+ years of experience in long-term care or a related setting (preferred) Strong clinical and administrative skills in Dietetics Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities Why Choose Hale Nani?
