Travel Contract Job Description Seeking an experienced Dietitian to provide nutrition services for both inpatient and outpatient clinic settings. The ideal candidate will work closely with the healthcare team to assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, and provide nutrition counseling. Responsibilities Perform nutritional assessments for patients. Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans. Provide dietary counseling for inpatient and outpatient populations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. Requirements Minimum 2 years of Dietitian experience . Previous travel assignment experience required . Indiana License (or Compact License if applicable) required before start. Meditech charting experience preferred.
