Job Description

Gpac is partnered with a client in Mishawaka, IN seeking an Entry-Level Nutritionist to support nutritional analysis, formulation development, and quality initiatives within their pet food manufacturing operations. This role will work cross-functionally with quality, production, and procurement teams to ensure pet food formulations meet nutritional standards, regulatory requirements, and product performance goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with nutritional analysis and evaluation of feed ingredients and pet food formulations
  • Support development of new pet food products and balanced formulations
  • Conduct research on ingredient innovations and nutritional trends within the pet food industry
  • Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with nutritional standards and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare technical nutritional documentation and support internal reporting needs
  • Provide nutritional information and technical support to internal teams when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of formulation data and research findings
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to support product performance and improvement initiatives
  • Participate in field visits, trials, and product evaluations as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science, or related field 3-5 years of working experience in a formulation role or similar Foundational understanding of animal nutrition and feed formulation principles Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain detailed documentation Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, APPLY TODAY for immediate consideration or reach out directly to Chelsea at Chelsea.
