Dietetics Registered Dietitian Full Job Description Responsibilities:
supervises the nutritional aspects of patient care, patient consultation / oversite that meets the needs of the patient. Function as a liaison with medical, nursing, and patient care teams; advises administration, performs patient counseling;; approves all menus and administrative nutritional aspects of patient care; participates in development and/or revisions of dietetic policies and procedures; assists with planning and coordination of training, in-service programs for dietary and other appropriate personnel. Oversees the daily operations of the dietary services and food safety. Responsible for the daily operational management of the service, implementing training and education programs for nursing staff, and assures that established policies and procedures are maintained. Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree or higher
  • Satisfactory completion from an approved ADA dietetics program
  • Licensed as a Registered Dietician in the state of Kansas' '
