Role:

As a Registered Dietitian (RD) , you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive nutrition plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized dietary care, conduct nutrition assessments, and educate residents, families, and caregivers on healthy eating habits and disease management.

Responsibilities:

Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for residents Provide dietary education and counseling to residents, families, and caregivers Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that address nutrition-related needs Monitor and record residents' nutrition intake and make recommendations for improvement Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nutrition and dietetics Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
