Job Description

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Dietician to provide evidence-based nutrition care for clients with eating disorders in our Healthcare & Medical Services program. In this role, you will complete nutritional assessments, create individualized meal plans, lead nutrition education and meal support, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery. You'll work in a compassionate, clinically rigorous environment that values empathy, integrity, and ongoing professional growth while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for clients with eating disorders Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team on treatment goals and progress Lead nutrition education, meal support, and exposure activities Monitor clinical indicators, adjust interventions, and document in EHREducate clients and families on balanced nutrition and recovery-oriented skills Ensure adherence to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement Required Skills Medical nutrition therapy for eating disorders Nutritional assessment and care planning Knowledge of DSM-5 eating disorder criteria Interdisciplinary treatment planning Meal planning and exposure interventions Motivational interviewing Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Group nutrition education Vital sign and lab value interpretation Regulatory and HIPAA compliance
