Job Description

Registered Dietitian - Part Time Blaire House of Milford is a family-owned and operated skilled nursing center that has been serving seniors for nearly 50 years. Our 73-bed facility specializes in Short Term Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, and Sub-acute Care. Our passion for providing exceptional care while ensuring that our seniors maintain a fulfilling quality of life is what sets us apart. Blaire House of Milford is seeking an energetic Dietitian to uphold our high standards for senior care.
Job Summary:
Develop a comprehensive Nutritional Assessment. Recommend diet changes to improve nutritional health. Work with the Director of Nurses in collaboration for the betterment of the residents overall health and wellbeing by providing clinical expertise as it relates to nutrition. Documentation includes assessments, progress notes, MDS assessments, CAAs and care plan development.
Qualifications:
Must have a current license as a Registered Dietician in Commonwealth of MA and at least one-year experience as a Registered Dietician in the long-term care setting.
Hourly Rate:
$55 - $60 based upon experience
