Start times from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Dietitian, where you will play a vital role in promoting optimal nutrition and health outcomes for diverse patient populations. As a Registered Dietitian, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans, provide expert nutritional guidance, and support patients in achieving their health goals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status, dietary needs, and health conditions. Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans tailored to patients' medical diagnoses, lifestyle, and preferences. Provide expert nutrition counseling and education to support weight management, chronic disease management, geriatrics, and acute care needs. Utilize medical nutrition therapy techniques such as tube feeding management, diagnostic evaluation, and nutritional analysis to optimize patient outcomes. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to coordinate care strategies and ensure seamless integration of nutritional support. Document all patient interactions, care plans, and progress notes accurately within EHR or EMR systems. Supervise or mentor dietetic interns or junior staff members while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dietetics. Requirements 3 years of recent experience as a Registered Dietitian. Trained in completion of NFPE. Experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition.
