Duties:

• Conduct patient assessments to determine their nutritional needs and goals
• Develop personalized nutrition plans based on individual patient needs and dietary restrictions
• Provide education and counseling to patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting nutrition plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and guidelines
• Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing nutrition plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
