Schedule:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Days vary)
Starting Hourly Rate:
$33.00 / Hourly + (Based on experience) Temporary to hire
Registered Dietitian I Responsibilities:
Conduct basic nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
Provide medical nutrition therapy in accordance with established standards of care and facility policies.
Monitor and evaluate patient and resident nutritional status and adjust care plans as needed.
Document nutrition assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the medical record.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient-centered care.
Educate patients, residents, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics as appropriate.
Support implementation of nutrition services that contribute to account revenue and operational efficiency.
Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
Assist with quality improvement initiatives and performance measures related to nutrition services.
Uphold professionalism and promote the Company's mission and values in all interactions
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
Job Requirements:
Entry-level to limited clinical experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic nutrition care processes and documentation standards.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
