Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a Registered Dietitian who understands the powerful role nutrition plays in healing and recovery. Working alongside interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams, this position ensures that nutrition supports recovery, strengthens health, and empowers each person to regain independence. This health professional will help create menus that reflect diversity of taste while honoring individual preferences.

Registered Dietician Responsibilities:

Conduct individualized nutrition assessments for all clients upon admission, quarterly, annually, and as requested by case managers with accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Develop therapeutic diet plans and clinical nutrition recommendations based on each client's diagnosis, recovery goals, and changing clinical condition Provide individualized nutrition counseling to clients and their families on therapeutic or modified diets Develop nutrition education materials and programming that support recovery, independence, and long-term health Partner with nursing to monitor weight trends & initiate interventions as needed Evolve processes with compliance team to verify sanitation and food safety standards. Maintain working knowledge of applicable State and Federal regulations and ensure ongoing dietary compliance

Education and Certifications:

A current Registered Dietitian and active licensure in the State of Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start) (required)

• 3 years of industry experience (required) Proficiency in standard office tools (Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning specialized systems such as our nutrition management system
