We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dietician to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Dietician, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support. This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments to identify nutrition needs and develop individualized meal plans Collaborate with healthcare team to implement nutrition plans and monitor patient progress Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition Stay up-to-date with latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and incorporate into practice Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field Experience working in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient nutrition and education, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or similar environment, is preferred but not required. Registered Dietician (RD) or eligible for registration Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Compassionate and patient-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
Minimum Years of Experience:
1-2 years, with a strong foundation in nutrition and healthcare
