In this vital role, you will operate commercial trucks equipped with concrete mixers to deliver and pour concrete at various construction sites. Your expertise in handling heavy equipment, understanding safety protocols, and maintaining construction machinery will contribute significantly to the success of the company. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of impactful construction initiatives while demonstrating your skills in equipment operation, concrete handling, and site safety. Duties Safely operate commercial trucks with concrete mixers, ensuring accurate mixing and delivery of concrete to designated sites Maintain and perform routine inspections on construction machinery, including mixers, dump trucks, loaders, and paving equipment Adhere strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety protocols during all driving and operational activities Assist with the setup and operation of paving equipment such as screeds and asphalt pavers for paving projects involving bituminous materials Support concrete pumping, finishing, rebar installation, and other related tasks on construction sites to ensure quality craftsmanship Proven experience operating commercial vehicles such as dump trucks or concrete mixers within a construction or civil infrastructure environment Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocol standards Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and material estimations Knowledge of DOT regulations governing commercial vehicle operation is essential for compliance and safety
