Short Description:
Under general supervision is responsible for providing optimal nutritional care to patients, which compiles with the Joint Commission and title 22 regulations and the standards of care in the dietetic profession.

Responsible for the medical nutrition therapy of patient/residents; nutritional assessment, nutrition care plans, patient visitation, inpatient/outpatient diet counseling, consults regarding advance nutrition support, as well as assist in other areas related to the
Food and Nutrition Services Department Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years clinical experience.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics required.
License/Certification Requirements:
Registration with American Dietetic Association required. Proof of required RD License(s) and/or Certification(s) due at time of hire. Advanced dietician certification through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics or Master Degree required or Master Degree required. Salary Min ($): USD $34.00 Salary Max ($): USD $56.00
