Dietitian Responsibilities :

Completes a comprehensive nutritional assessment on each patient upon admission Prepares individualized meal plans that consider the needs of the patient including; medical, nutritional, age, cultural, religious and ethical concerns Completes all required documentation and reports in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with the policies and procedures Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients protected health information Monitors meals and snacks, including eating/modeling normal eating with eating disordered patients

Dietitian Requirements:

Nursing Home Dietitian experience preferred
