Pay:
$46.00 to $48.00 an hour Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our healthcare team. The Registered Dietitian will assess patients' nutritional needs, develop individualized nutrition care plans, provide counseling and education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about evidence-based nutrition and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and evaluations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans. Provide medical nutrition therapy for patients with acute and chronic health conditions. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition, disease management, and healthy lifestyle practices. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Monitor patients' nutritional progress and adjust care plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance activities. Stay current on evidence-based nutrition research and best practices. Provide nutrition education programs and community outreach as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited institution. Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Current state licensure/certification as required. Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and nutrition assessment practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications One or more years of clinical dietitian experience in a hospital, outpatient clinic, long-term care facility, or community health setting. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR). Specialty certifications such as Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO), or other relevant credentials. Why work for Adecco? Pay Details:
