3005988610-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Cura Hospitality is seeking a PRN Registered Dietitian to support nutrition and dining services for senior living and healthcare clients. In this flexible, as-needed role, you will assess nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with culinary and clinical teams to design therapeutic menus that meet medical and cultural preferences. Responsibilities include charting, regulatory compliance, patient and resident education, and staff training. You'll model Cura's people-first, hospitality-focused culture while promoting fresh, appealing, and clinically appropriate dining experiences across assigned locations. Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments for residents and patients in senior living and healthcare settings Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans and goals Collaborate with culinary and clinical teams to design and adjust therapeutic and modified menus Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, patients, and families Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies related to nutrition and foodservice Document assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately and timely in medical records Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and quality improvement initiatives Train and support foodservice staff on therapeutic diets, portioning, and allergen management Monitor menu acceptance, nutritional adequacy, and resident satisfaction Support Cura's hospitality-focused culture and represent the brand professionally across locations Required Skills Clinical nutrition assessment Care plan development Therapeutic diet planning Menu development for healthcare and senior living Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Regulatory compliance (CMS, Joint Commission) Nutrition counseling and education Interdisciplinary team collaboration Food safety and sanitation standards Geriatric and acute care nutrition knowledge
