The Nutrition Assistant is responsible for obtaining and processing meal orders in a courteous and professional manner; ensuring diet prescription adherence, and maintaining an accurate dietary record for each patient.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs. Knowledge of basic principles of nutrition and modified diets Proficient in computer skills
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
