Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary:

Base salary range of $81,000

•$95,000, determined by experience and credentials Sign-On / Loan Repayment /

Relocation:

Up to $30,000 in total incentives

Qualifications Education:

Degree in Nursing (RN), Physical Therapy (PT), or Registered Dietitian (RD)

Certification:

Required

•Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist (CDCES)

Licensure:

Active RN, PT, or RD license (dual-licensed RDs welcome)

Experience:

Diabetes education experience preferred; comfortable managing small inpatient populations and scheduled outpatient visits (average daily census of 6-8 patients)
