Job Description
Ontario Center is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. The RD will assess nutritional needs, develop and monitor individualized care plans, and collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to support residents' health and quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting nutritional assessments, managing therapeutic diets, providing nutrition education, ensuring regulatory compliance, and participating in care conferences.
