RD Registered Dietician Role:
The RD Registered Dietician will play a vital role in our facility's nutrition and dietary services. Reporting to the Director of Nutrition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing nutrition care plans for our residents, conducting nutritional assessments, and providing dietary guidance to our healthcare team. You will also collaborate with our culinary team to ensure that our menu offerings meet the dietary needs of our residents.
RD Registered Dietician Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for residents Conduct nutritional assessments and provide dietary guidance to the healthcare team Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings meet resident dietary needs Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident nutrition care and progress Maintain current knowledge of nutrition trends and best practices
