They also prepare a census showing the number of patients under each diet plan available; and periodically collect information from patients' dietary records and enter the information on patients' medical records.

Minimum QualificationsNon-Competitive:
Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Dietetic Technician, Registered or Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered. OR Satisfactory completion of an approved two-year full-time course in the field of dietetics with emphasis on nutritional care or food service management.
